I always think February flies by after the long days of January, and then before you know it, it's March and its finally Spring... what lovely things to look forward to. We work on such a beautiful farm, its always a joy to see things change each season, and Spring brings so many lovely things. We always try to use seasonal products in our brownies and bakes, so we are looking forward to creating some delicious new Mothers Day flavours for a special gift box too.
