Q | When Will I Get My Order?

All orders placed before 12pm will go out on the same day and a notification email will be sent directly from DHL to you with your consignment number. In nearly all cases for mainland UK, a parcel will be delivered next day, but in busy times, please do check online using the link and consignment number in your email before contacting us, as DHL will have up to date information about delivery times and any attempts or issues with delivery. If you are delivering to outside of mainland UK, this will be at least a 48 hour delivery service but may take longer. The Brownies will be packaged securely and will be fine for two weeks out of the fridge, but please do bear this in mind, thank you. 

Q | Allergens 

We work in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and soya. We always enclose an ingredients list in our boxes of brownies, and tick the flavours that are in each particular box. The ingredients list indicates the allergens in bold. Please do contact us for more information on our brownies and their allergens if you have any questions.  

Q | Are Your Brownies Suitable For Coeliacs?

We always use Gluten Free flour in our Brownies, however sometimes we make special flavours that do use other products with gluten (eg Millionaires Shortbread Brownie that has a homemade shortbread base). We adhere to strict policies on cleaning down, separate storage of gluten bearing products and utensils, as well as baking these products on different days, but we do not have Coeliac Certification at this current time. Any products that contain Gluten will have this clearly indicated on the ingredients and allergens section.   

Q | How Long Do Your Brownies Last?

You can store them in the fridge for two weeks, or you can freeze them and take them out half an hour before you need them! Yum!  

Q | How Do I Store My Brownies?

We pack our brownies on the day they are posted out to you to ensure total freshness. Once you receive them, if they are not eaten immediately (our favourite way!), you can store them in the fridge for two weeks, or you can freeze them and take them out half an hour before you need them!  

Q | Do You Use Plastic?

No! We are very proud to say all of our product and postal packaging is degradable or recyclable, including the clear bags our brownies are sealed in which are made from vegetables!  

Q | How Do I Cancel My Order?

On the rare occasion you may need to cancel your order, please let us know before 1pm on the day it is due to be posted out. E.g. if you have ordered for a Wednesday delivery, we would need to know before 1pm on the Tuesday.  

Q | What Notifications Will I Receive?

When you place an order with us, you will receive two notifications. The first will be from ourselves which will be a confirmation email with your order details e.g. items ordered, address, gift message, requested date of delivery. Please check these are correct, and let us know if you wish to make any amendments asap. The next notification that you will receive will be by email from DHL that your parcel is on its way, usually this is the day before your delivery is due, or the morning it is due to be delivered. Please check your junk email folders as sometimes the emails can go there. Thank you! 

Q | Forces Deliveries?

We are unable to post to BFPO addresses, however please do contact us for other address queries relating to Forces Deliveries before placing your order, many thanks.  

Q | How Do You Deliver?

 We post out using a third party courier, DHL, on a next day delivery service (if you order before 12pm) Monday to Friday. We aim to get all deliveries on the requested day but please be advised, this may not always be possible at peak times throughout the year and we cannot be held responsible if the package is delayed. Please order with plenty of time for arrival, thank you. We post throughout mainland UK, please check the postal price for the area you are sending to (eg Channel Islands, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly) as these will be different to our standard pricing and delivery method.

We do not offer weekend delivery, orders placed on Fridays will arrive on Monday, orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be posted out on Mondays. Please allow one day for processing. PLEASE NOTE we reserve the right to delay deliveries in very HOT weather times. We will always advise on our website and social media if this is the case. 

As with any third party delivery service, we cannot guarantee dates for delivery, whilst 99.9% will arrive on the chosen day, please ensure you allow contingency time, especially at busy times such as Christmas and Easter, or bank holiday times. As our Brownies will last in the fridge for two weeks once you receive them, ensuring you order early if you need them for a specific date is recommended.

Q | Can I Choose A Delivery Date?

We use DHL next day delivery service that delivers on weekdays only, if you choose a specific date we will try our very hardest to get it to arrive on that date but please note that we do rely on this third party service, so please allow plenty of time for delivery. 

NON MAINLAND POSTCODES: Please note if the address being posted to is not within mainland UK, there will be an increased postage charge and the delivery will take from 48-72 hours to be delivered. The brownies themselves will be absolutely fine, but please note the times are longer so do take this into consideration. Thank you.  

Q | Responsible Deliveries?

We entrust our third party courier DHL with our parcels, which must be signed for. If you are sending these as a gift, we strongly advise you let your gift recipient know they are going to receive a parcel, and if they are not in, you can opt to leave it in a safe place, away from pets and children. You can do this by referring to the consignment email DHL send you to confirm delivery.

Q | When Will I Receive My Subscription?

We will send out parcels to all of our subscribers on the first day of every month (excluding bank holidays). Monthly payments will be taken at the end of each month, 1-5 business working days before your new subscription is due.
